These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HostLocal, a WhatsApp business inbox and CRM platform ("Service") operated by Oceanbreeze Concepts Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Botswana. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into binding contracts on behalf of yourself or any organisation you represent.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your workspace credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@hostlocal.co.bw if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to use the Service to send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, transmit unlawful or fraudulent content, circumvent security features, reverse-engineer or resell the Service, or violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
HostLocal uses the Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Your use is also subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta Platform Terms. You are solely responsible for complying with these policies and for obtaining opt-in consent from your contacts where required.
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. As a workspace administrator you act as a data controller for the contact and conversation data in your workspace.
All rights in the Service — including software, design, trademarks, and content — remain the exclusive property of Oceanbreeze Concepts Pty Ltd.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime caused by maintenance, third-party outages, or events beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oceanbreeze Concepts Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination your workspace data will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Botswana.
