Data Deletion Request

HostLocal is committed to your right to erasure. If you would like us to delete the personal data we hold about you, follow the steps below. We will process all confirmed requests within 30 days.

How to request deletion

Send us an email

Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Include your details

Provide your full name, the email linked to your account, and your HostLocal workspace name. If requesting deletion of a contact's data, include their WhatsApp number.

We confirm and action

We will verify your identity and confirm by email. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, and you will receive a final confirmation.

Self-service deletion

Workspace admins can delete individual contacts, conversations, notes, and lead records directly from the HostLocal dashboard at any time. To delete an entire workspace, use the email process above.

Retention exceptions

We may retain certain data where required by law (e.g. tax records, fraud prevention logs). In such cases we will inform you of the specific retention period and legal basis.
